This weekend, Fifth Harmony and Five Seconds of Summer are gonna kill it at Teen Choice Awards, so you know we had to pit them up against each other in this week’s Battle of the Boybands.

So both of these groups are nominated for 4 Teen Choice Awards, yup that's right four: Group Single, Breakup Song, Break Out Group AND Summer Music Group. Wow that's a lot, so the competition will be fierce.

Let’s start it all off with the handsome boys of 5SOS. OK, so yes: they have totally BLOWN UP this year, and yes, I've been listening to their album on repeat since July but they’re also getting cuter too, right?

Now onto the lovely ladies of Fifth Harmony. Let's take a second and reflect on this: Guys, 5H has come so far. Like remember for Teen Choice LAST year when Camila tweeted “I THANK THE LORD THAT I DIDNT FALL ON STAGE AT THE TCAS I SWEAR I FORGOT HOW TO WALK AND SAW MY WHOLE LIFE FLASH BEFORE MY EYES” – well rest assured, girls: you’ll be seasoned pros this time around.
