MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong on Wednesday said although the government had announced that it would increase its allocations from RM30mil to RM40mil for the running of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC), the crux of the issue is the procedure of how the fund is channelled to the institution.
