Natural Resources and Environment Minister Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that the flash floods along Federal Highway yesterday was due to construction at sites along the highway.
He said it was not a drainage or irrigation problem and was instead caused by mud and debris from the construction sites that clogged the culvert.
