PKR's Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin has called on the government to increase the allocation for flood mitigation projects in Penang.
He said the recent floods showed that 80% of the state was vulnerable to flooding and since Budget 2018 hasn’t been passed yet, he urged the government to increase the budget for flood mitigation projects in the state.
