The former director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) has been given until Tuesday to appear before the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court after he failed to turn up in court Monday.
Datuk Prof Dr Sundra Rajoo was expected to face three criminal charges brought against him by the MACC.
