French ambassador to Malaysia, Frederic Laplanche has congratulated Malaysians on the changes made in the 14th General Election.
In a video posted on the embassy's Facebook page he spoke in Malay congratulating the people of Malaysia as well as Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
He also said that the pardon and release of Anwar Ibrahim was an achievement for human rights and a source of happiness.
