MCA vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Hou Kok Chung will be contesting in the Tebrau parliamentary seat in the coming general election. Party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai made the announcement during a dialogue session with Chinese non-governmental organisations in Johor Baru on Friday.
