Commenting on the parliamentary seats exchange between MCA and Umno, MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the move is in accordance with the spirit of consensus within Barisan Nasional to maximise the chances of winning, but stressed that the party expects to have those seats returned when the time is right.
