Pakatan Harapan chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad has responded to the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on Bank Negara's foreign exchange losses in the early 1990s.
He said crucial parts of his testimony, along with that of Anwar Ibrahim and Noh Yakcop, were not included in the report and the report was only being used to tarnish the names of certain individuals so that action can be taken against them.
