E-hailing drivers have expressed dissatisfaction with the Transport Ministry’s decision to change their vehicle’s code to ‘AH’, which denotes that it is a “private e-hailing” car.
Representing a group of disgruntled drivers, Ng Kian Nam said although the ministry had clarified that it does not change the car’s status to that of a commercial vehicle, it was still a change in category.
