Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has dismissed allegations that the Federal Government was bankrupt, and pointed out that civil servants continue to enjoy uninterrupted pay.
Lim said that in his opening speech 2020 Budget Consultation Session at the Finance Ministry on Thursday, he however, acknowledged that the country was still affected by past scandals such as 1MDB.
