Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has declined to comment on the government’s final decision on the East Coast Railway Link (ECRL).
He explained that he had acted on the advice of Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad but did not offer reasons or a time frame for when an announcement about the mega-project would be made.
