YEAH MOM, SINCE HIGH SCHOOL. OK, but in Ashley’s defense, Hanna and Caleb had kept a loot of secrets over the years, including what exactly went down in the basement at The Radley.. ya know, when Haleb went to destroy evidence.. just a felony crime, no big deal, so she’s just being the concerned parent of a daughter who happens to find herself in quite a lot of trouble.
But as we know now, there was literally nothing that was going to change the fate of Haleb. These two were meant to be, and Hanna’s love for Caleb will actually make you melt.
