The Shah Alam High Court dismissed an application by the Selangor State Government to postpone the Menteri Besar Azmin Ali's scheduled appearance at the Election Commission's local inquiry this morning.
Azmin was supposed to present the state's objections on its ongoing redelineation exercise. He had applied for an injunction after explaining that he was only given six working days notice prior to the scheduled appearance and will only be allowed 30 minutes to present his case without the presence of legal counsel.
