Judge THROWS OUT Kesha's Case & Iggy Shares Support

If you haven’t been keeping up with the case, Kesha has been tirelessly trying to get an emergency order to get herself out of the Sony deal that would require her to still have ties to Dr. Luke, the producer who allegedly raped her. However in a new turn of events, the judge has sided with Sony completely and has justified the decision by saying that Kesha’s claim’s that she was enslaved by her deal were unwarranted due to the fact that Sony was not asking that she work exclusively with Dr. Luke and instead were promising that other producers would also be available. However because Kesha did not accept the offer, the judge felt that she was being unreasonable and in turn, dropped the case.
In regard to Kesha’s claim that she was also the victim of a hate crime due to the fact that Dr. Luke’s actions were being defended by the law, the judge fired back saying QUOTE - "Although [Luke's] alleged actions were directed to Kesha, who is female, [her claims] do no allege that [Luke] harbored animus toward women or was motivated by gender animus when he allegedly behaved violently toward Kesha. Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime."
This is crazy. This judge honestly said that “every rape is not a gender motivated hate crime.” I have no words. Do with that what you will but on the bright side thank God for friends and supporters of Kesha for motivating her to hold her head up high during this nightmare. Iggy Azalea recently showed her support by tweeting this sweet photo of her and Kesha riding horses together with the hashtag, “Free Kesha.”
