Ariana Grande has been laying low for the most part, since Mac Miller’s tragic overdose, but thankfully, she has a strong support system by her side. A source revealed to ET that Ariana’s fiance Pete Davidson has been a “huge support” to her since the overdose occurred, and according to the same source, this has made their bond even stronger.
When talking about Ariana’s past year, the source said, QUOTE "This year hasn't been easy at all for Ariana. Mac's death has been one of the most painful things she has ever had to deal with in her life, she loved him very much, but she knew she couldn't help him. Mac clearly needed rehab and Ariana couldn't be his girlfriend and his sober coach."
The source then went onto reveal that Mac’s death has lead Ariana to feel “terribly depressed.” And QUOTE “While she knows it's not her fault, hearing people telling her that was more than she could handle,"
Thankfully, she has Pete right by her side and the source added that the two are “still constantly talking marriage details" and everyone in their life is apparently “beginning to see that they are determined to build a future and they seem great together."
The two have been spotted out and about since the horrible news regarding Mac, just the other day Ari and Pete were seen walking through Manhattan and Ari appeared to be emotional. But honestly, we don’t blame her. On the brighter side, yesterday Ari was spotted once again, this time with friends, and appeared to be in better spirits.
On that note, I want to turn it over to you. Send all your love and support to not only Ariana but Mac’s family and loved ones below.
