In this video we focus our food hunting on Hong Kong island. We start the day with char siu (barbecue pork) and siu yoke (roast pork) from an eatery that has been in business for over a century! We find the roast pork quite salty for our taste but the char siu is out of this world! A must eat!

Next we visit an old school bakery which churns out nostalgic Hong Kong style cheeseburgers before gulping down an excellent bowl of steamed milk pudding.

Then it’s onto Lan Fong Yuen for a glass of their Hong Kong style milk tea before finishing with some epically tender beef brisket noodles.

Char siu and siu yoke at Joy Hing, Chong Hing Building, 265-267 Hennessy Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Open 10:00am to 10:00pm. Closed Sunday.

Hong Kong style cheeseburger at Danish Cafe, Hong Kong, 銅鑼灣禮頓道106號禮信大廈地下. Open daily 6:30am to 7:00pm.

Steamed milk pudding at Yee Shun Milk Company, 506 Lockhart Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Open daily 12:00pm to midnight. Multiple locations around Hong Kong and Kowloon.

Hong Kong style milk tea at Lan Fong Yuen, 2 Gage St, Central, Hong Kong. Open 7:30am to 6:00pm. Closed Sunday.

Beef brisket noodles at Sister Wah, G/F, 13A Electric Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong. Open daily, 11:00am to 11:00pm.
