Since being sky-rocketed into the spotlight at the young age of 16, Harry has lived the lavish lifestyle for some time now. But the One Direction star will be livin’ a simpler life pretty soon. No electricity. No running water. And NO CELL PHONES.
To prepare for his first acting gig, Harry will join the cast and crew of “Dunkirk” on an old Navy ship for quote “a number of days.” It will be shipped somewhere along the south coast to get the actors in the right mindset of World War 2 soldiers. Details about the film have yet to be released, but we know that it has to do with an event where 300-thousand allied forces were evacuated after they were surrounded by the Germans.
Don’t worry though, Harry won’t be alone on this ship. His fellow co-stars, Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, and Mark Rylance will be joining him and put in the conditions that their onscreen counterparts would have experienced. One source said, QUOTE: “Harry knows this boot camp at sea is a big part of the job and is keen to get stuck in. But this will be tough and producers are trying to make life on board as realistic as possible.”
It’s also been said that this is a great time for Harry to show off his acting skills and put himself out there for more major movie roles. Plus, Harry isn’t giving up on music. He would like to do both going forward. THANK GOD. But the movie isn’t set to release until 2017, so let’s hope there will be A-TON of behind the scenes footage to hold us over in the meantime.
I want to know what YOU guys think about Harry being shipped to sea. Do you think he’ll survive out there? What are your thoughts on his acting career?
