After many months of waiting, the official trailer for ‘Passengers’ is FINALLY here and it’s everything we could’ve ever wanted.
‘Passengers’ is set to hit theaters at the end of this year and after watching Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt get into some crazy shenanigans in the trailer…December can’t come soon enough.
From adorable love scenes between JLaw and Chris Pratt to actioned packed moments, it’s safe to say that ‘Passengers’ has a little bit of everything for everyone and it’ll be a huge hit for movie fanatics. While the two minute teaser left us all wanting more, here are some of must-see moments from the film’s official trailer.
First on our list is this precious moment where Chris’ character uses a robot to ask Jen out on a date.
I mean, they’re the only two out of 5,000 people who are awake on the ship, so neither of them really have a choice in terms of who they can hang out with. At least they have chemistry!
Though the romantic and sweet moments between the two are a dime a dozen like this beautiful shot of Jen and Chris in space suits, holding hands, and gazing out into the space-y abyss…
The same could also be said for the action packed scenes throughout the trailer, like this sweet, yet heartbreaking moment between the two characters…
Ugh, they’re literally like the 21st century’s Jack and Rose.
Anyway, on top of the romance and action, there are also some lowkey creepy moments in the trailer. Shortly after Martin Sheen was introduced as the swanky robot bartender on board in the trailer, he’s immediately seen malfunctioning when everything on the ship starts to go downhill.
Looks like all the fun Chris and Jen were having had to come to an end at some point.
But aside from their incredible on-screen chemistry and steamy moments, can we just take a moment to appreciate the aesthetics of the film? Everything looks incredible and so detailed.
Yeah, I definitely can’t wait for this. The mix of sci-fi, action, romance, and drama in the movie is simply perfection.
