Martin Lawrence bites the dust! Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin, that is. Sorry shippers but J. Law and Coldplay front man Chris Martin have split up. The pair have been dating since June, just a few months after Chris “Consciously Uncoupled” from Gwenyth Paltrow in March. Looks like this was just a Summer Fling rebound for both of them, hot off the heels of their prior relationship with Gwen and for Jennifer, Nicholas Hoult. We most recently saw Jen supporting her rocker boyfriend backstage at iHeartRadio Music Fest in Vegas and when he performed with The Kings of Leon at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this month. There were all kinds of rumors surfacing in the past weeks about her Mom flying out to meet Chris AND rumors that she was pregnant and ready to settle down with Chris. It seems where there’s smoke, there’s breakup. All those rumors eventually ended the couple in splitsville. E! News confirmed through a source that the cou8ple has officially split. No more details have come out yet but we’ll be here with an update when they do. Perhaps Chris didn’t share Jen’s taste in television?
