Not that we’d forgotten at all, but JLo just reminded us that she is the queen of the world with her new single Ain’t Your Mama.
The track which all about not being with a guy but not being his mama – aka not doing his laundry, not cooking for him all day – pretty much it reminds me of a modern day “Scrubs” by TLC – remember that song. I mean Jennifer literally sings “When you gonna get your act together,” “Lets get to work on time…no more playing video games.” I kinda totally love it – here’s another quick listen:
I love it! And guess what? Just to make this track even cooler – wait til you find out who wrote it! Meghan Trainor! She posted a clip of Jennifer singing along to the track on her own insta and captioned it with: When dreams come true. SO COOL! And JLo is set to perform the new song on American Idol tonight so get excited because booties gonna be shakin’! So my friends, I think if you follow this show or me at all you know that JLo is my queen – and she can do no wrong in my eyes so I love this song BUT I’m dying to hear from you all!
