Our ears are about to receive the blessing of a lifetime, because two of the biggest popstars in the world are joining forces… yeah, I’ll give you a sec to take this one in…
But before I begin, I have to hand it to you, Justin: Your not-so-subtle tweets and music teasers are cute and all, but they aren’t getting past us THAT easily. After JB sneakily posted a few Instagram videos featuring clips of his new tracks in the background, now he’s taken over the Twitter tease by sending hints to none other than Ariana Grande.
Just yesterday Justin sent out a tweet that read QUOTE, “Ok. Preorder Friday. Let's do it. Ok by you @ArianaGrande? #purpose #nov13 #remix #PreOrder”. A few questions arose due to this tweet. Why on earth would Ariana care about Justin’s album preorder? What does the #remix mean?! BUT, shortly after, Ariana tweeted back to Justin the name of his chart-topping hit, asking, “@justinbieber what do you mean?”
Now either Ariana actually has no clue what Justin means by this tweet, like the rest of us, OR they are brewing up a “What Do You Mean?” remix together, and to be honest, it’s probably the latter, because the fandom freak-out has already commenced.
However, just to refresh your memories, Ariana slyly teased a collaboration months ago during one of her Honeymoon tour dates, as she performed a mashup of Justin’s “What Do You Mean?” and her own hit “One Last Time,” so homegirl is technically the OG teaser here, but we are NOT mad about it one bit.
