Justin Bieber and Major Lazer are back at it again and you guys, I think they just released the hottest song of the summer.
Ever since the Biebs and Diplo made sweet, sweet music last year with their collab ‘Where Are U Now,’ you can definitely expect anything and everything after that jam to be a HIT and their new single, ‘Cold Water,’ is just that. The song was released on July 21st and a day later it’s already being called the song of the summer!
In comparison to his last major Diplo collab, ‘Cold Water’ has more of a chill vibe to it, but it’s still just as good. Take a listen.
How could you not like that? After all, the masterminds behind the lyrics of ‘Cold Water’ were Diplo, Ed Sheeran, and Benny Blanco. Add on Justin and Mo’s vocals to the track and it became a certified hit. While the song is doing pretty well now, Diplo revealed to Rolling Stone that a few people had second thoughts about presenting the track to Justin. Diplo said QUOTE, “It was spontaneous, no one thought it would work.” Well, thankfully it did because now we all have a new Bieber song to jam out to while driving around.
