Beliebers around the globe who expected to see their idol starring in an anti-drug public service announcement as part of his Miami plea deal- bad news, Justin will no longer be starring in his very own PSA. But the good news is: Biebs is pretty much getting out scot-free from his alleged DUI. He's finally getting off the hook of his speeding and drunk driving arrest since it's now been proven that he was neither speeding nor actually drunk. He WAS however, driving without a license and he DID resist arrest, in hindsight, probably because he knew he wasn't doing anything terrible. So he will plead guilty to reckless driving, he'll pay a fine, attend a fun anger management class,...

...and all the other charges will be dropped. And as soon as he completes said class, his reckless driving conviction will ALSO be wiped off his record. Same goes for Khalil who was also busted during the same traffic stop. He's copped the same plea deal except he won't have to attend classes. And as for the PSA- the judge had originally pressured Justin to produce, star in, and pay for the PSA. But his lawyers said it was inappropriate and why should he when Justin, according to them, doesn't have a substance abuse problem. And the best news of all is that Justin will not be going on probation. Which means he won't get into all the trouble that Chris brown and Lilo get into every time they break a law while on probation. So congrats, I guess. One small step for man, one giant accomplishment for Justin Bieber. Now, Beliebers and Mahomies, listen up.
