Looks like Justin Bieber isn't exactly sticking to his word. Yes, mere weeks after declaring he was quote "Done with tats 4 a while... Where I wanna be.." he's gone and inked himself once again. The 20-year-old singer debuted a neck tattoo that read "Patience." We guess the new definition of "a while" is about two weeks. The news of Justin's tattoo hiatus came a couple of weeks ago when he posted a series of Instagram photos showing off his various pieces of ink, closing out with the message about being "done" with tattoos. Any ways, in addition to his new ink, it looks like he's got some new music in the works, as he was spotted outside a Miami recording studio in the wee hours of the morning alongside none other than Austin Mahone. The two were seen skateboarding and greeting tons of fans who were waiting outside the studio. Now, Austin did just announce that his first album would be coming out, so maybe we can expect a Bieber collab on that record?
