Oh, boy. This Justin Bieber news keeps getting worse and worse, but is this all apart of Justin's plan.

TMZ has gotten their hands on a SECOND video of 15 year old Justin Bieber saying some pretty horrific things. Just yesterday we saw video of unreleased footage from back in the day when Justin was filming his Never Say Never documentary, and Justin was caught on camera telling an extremely racist joke, using the N-word over and over again. But it gets worse! If you can imagine! ANOTHER clip has surfaced and it is pretty upsetting. Take a look!:

Yep, that was Justin and crew giggling as he sang the lyrics to his hit song "One Less Lonely Girl" but using the N-word saying quote "If I kill you, Ill be part of the KKK".

But could this be something that Justin wanted everyone to see? From what TMZ is reporting, that is exactly the case.

Apparently, Justin and his team WANTED this new video to surface because they wanted him to own up to what he did. Back when this video was filmed, Justin had seen someone online doing this specific racist version of his song, and he thought it was funny and wanted to reenact the parody in a video. Justin, then, bragged about it to his mentor Usher, and Usher (who was clearly upset about it) allegedly took Bieber into a room and showed him historically racist videos to help him understand the gravity of what he had just said, and that was when Justin realized that saying these things was not cute OR funny. TMZ is also reporting that the people who had these videos have apparently been holding this damaging footage over Justin's head for years, and even demanded that he pay them an upwards of 1 million dollars to not release them to the public, but Justin's team didn't pay up because they wanted him to accept responsibility for it.

Yesterday, Justin apologized for the first video saying "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt... my actions were continuing the ignorance... Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I'm very sorry."

It was a very mature decision to step up and own his mistakes and apologize, but do you think that Justin owes people another apology for his actions and words in THIS video?
