Justin Bieber releases an emotional video for fans and boy, is the internet talking about it!
The star posted the low quality, pretty dark vlog to his Facebook page directly, along with the caption “Here we go”. In the 1:42 video, Justin opens up about how he was feeling earlier in the day when he appeared on the Ellen Show. He details how he felt awkward since he hasn’t made a public appearance in a while – and ps, he did actually say that he was nervous at the time to Ellen directly when showing up to wish her a very happy birthday – but in the post, JB says that he felt like people were judging him. QUOTE ‘I was afraid of what people are thinking of me right now… I didn’t want to come off arrogant or conceited – or basically how I’ve been acting the past year or year and a half” But just reading quotes won’t tell the whole story.
Justin says that he really wants people to know that he genuinely cares about people… and that his mom raised him to be a softie AKA gentle, nice, etc. The video kinda cuts out abruptly but you still get the overall message that the musician is trying to convey. Personally, I appreciate this sort of post and it’s a reminder to us all that Justin is a human just like all of us. He has made mistakes and it seems like he’s been reflecting about his past year or two and he’s probably growing from what he’s experienced and what’s he’s learned. Some people may not think he’s being genuine and think that this is convenient timing for him to come out and “be nice” when he’s got new, softer music on the way – but I believe that it’s always good to give someone another shot to be a better person and the fact that he’s not talking with that bad boy affected speech pattern, it’s positive to me.
