Selena's new music video is all about Justin Bieber -- and it's basically confirmed... Oh yes, the music video isn't even out yet, but Ryan Seacrest said that he ran into the star the other night -- we think it's when she Instagrammed this photo of them, thanking him for letting her be a part of the Seacrest Foundation, and the story goes that they discussed her "big new song" that's coming out. Lucky Ryan, he actually got to watch the music video, describing it as cool and very interesting, adding QUOTE 'The video will get people talking about whether or not it is about she and Justin, that's for sure! I watched it, and I looked at her and listened to the lyrics and I was like, "Okay. This is going to have people talking."' So like I said -- it's basically confirmed!! Also in looking at her Instagram page, people are saying that this photo is straight from behind-the-scenes on the set of this music video shoot. Selena captioned the sexy pic as "...
