A new Bieber apology is in order. New footage of Justin Bieber using the N-word while telling a racist joke has surfaced. The definition of stupid ladies and gents. This is one vid I'm sure Justin wished and prayed would never surface, but it looks like the Bieb must have picked up a penny face down because his luck is clearly not all that peachy. Justin is apologizing after an explicit video, released by British site, The Sun, and TMZ has surfaced that shows a fifteen year old Justin sitting down with friends during the filming of his Never Say Never documentary, telling a racist joke while using the N-word repeatedly as the punch line.

The Sun reported that back when the footage was first discovered, Bieber's camp was willing to hand over some major green paper in order to keep the controversial footage under lock and key. Apparently TMZ had access to the clip years ago, but refrained from releasing it due to Bieber's age and the fact that he admitted the stupidity of his actions... Although he apologized 5 years ago, on Sunday, Justin issued a new statement of apology to the Associated Press and on Twitter upon the public release of the footage. Here's a highlight, "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt... my actions were continuing the ignorance... Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I'm very sorry." Ok, fair. We all make stupid decisions that we have to learn from while growing up. As inappropriate and disgusting as the comments were, at least he owned that he was wrong and stepped up right away to apologize for his actions. I give Justin a thumbs up for apologizing, but dude huge thumbs down for even thinking that was ok to say in the first place AND on camera?! When will celebs learn that if they're going to do something dumb, A). how bout just not doing it?! but when that plan fails, B). definitely don't film it! Put. the camera. down. Just know that anything you say whether written, on camera, typed online, or even "spoken in private" can and WILL come back to haunt you. And it won't be casper the friendly ghost, trust.
