Gabriel Zamora APOLOGIZES for Past Racist Tweets After Laura Lee

First Laura Lee sent out a public apology for past recent tweets, and now BFF Gabriel Zamora has issued and apology of his own. Around the same time that fans uncovered Laura’s old tweets, people discovered that Gabriel used the N-word on Twitter back in 2012.
In response to the backlash, Gabriel went private at first, but then he returned to Twitter to apologize for his, QUOTE, “ignorant post.”
He wrote, QUOTE, “I wanted to take the time and say I’m sorry to anyone offended by an old tweet of mine that’s recently being brought up. I’m not asking to be forgiven, I just want to apologize to anyone offended by it.”
Gabriel also explained WHY he used it, saying, QUOTE, “I made an ignorant tweet when I was younger and used the N word in the way songs and videos used it talking to my friend. There’s no excuse for me to use it but I can say no one had ever explained the use of that word until that day to me.”
Gabriel finished his apology by promising to learn from his mistakes. Unfortunately for him, though, the racist tweet wasn’t the only thing people were upset over. The beauty guru seemingly shaded ex-friend Jeffree Star by posting a picture of himself, Laura, Manny Mua and Nikita Dragun giving the middle finger and captioning it, QUOTE, “Bitch is bitter because without him we’re doing better.”
He also addressed this controversy in another apology in which he said sorry to the YouTubers in the photo and the beauty community in general.
He wrote, QUOTE, “I want to apologize to Manny, Laura and Nikita as my first tween that included the photo of us was never ok’d by them. The photo was supposed to be funny and I took it upon myself to tweet it with text they didn’t know I was going to say.” He went on to say that he posted it out of, QUOTE, “emotion and pettiness,” and that they were his words and no one else’s.
Manny thanked Gabriel for the apology and explained that he initially didn’t read the caption at all, which is why he favorited the tweet at first. Once he realized, he removed the favorite and asked his friend to take the post down.
Like Laura, Gabriel says he, QUOTE, “will work on being a better person every day” and promises that he will show his remorse with more than just words.
