An update in his egging lawsuit reveals Justin's lawyers are trying to get him a plea deal for a misdeamenor vandalism charge, so he won't go to jail. Yikes! In wake of all this, we have found out that Justin blamed his "shaky" sobriety test after his Florida DUI arrest on a hairline fracture in his right foot from a skateboarding accident. But does a broken foot give him cause to be arrogant to a police officer too? New reports reveal what actually went down when Justin was pulled over in Miami in January. Reportedly JB said, "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time... what were you doing when you were 19?" The officer replied that he was not driving around in a Lamborghini and Justin quipped, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either." No, probably not. JB has pleaded not guilty to this DUI charge and we'll see how all this DRA-MA ends when he heads to court May 5.
