But that’s just the kind of question that the Kardashian’s are facing. When the sisters first started in the cosmetics industry back in 2012, they partnered with a company called “Boldface” that went belly up after a year. So, what did they do? They found someone else who would invest in them. Hill-air Capital Management.
Hill-air invested 10-million dollars to help save the company, but a deal was struck in the process.
In order for the money to keep coming in, the sisters had to actively promote the line in all aspects, especially to their millions of followers on social media.
But now Hill-air is saying that the girls have not contributed to making the business a success and that the company has suffered “significant damages.”
The court documents read, QUOTE: “The Kardashian’s immediately stopped marketing, promoting, and supporting the line and began courting new potential investors to buy out Hil-air’s stake. In short, the Kardashian’s wanted a better, more lucrative deal.”
Hil-air wants back its 10-million dollars plus what they would have made, which is somewhere up to 180-million dollars!
