Kardashians SHUTTING DOWN All Dash Stores For This Reason

It’s no secret that Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are business moguls who are experts at creating the perfect brand. The sister trio have been responsible for some of the biggest business ideas like Kardashian Kollection, KKW Beauty and their solo successful apps, but the one company that started it all was DASH.
DASH was a boutique clothing and accessory chain founded in 2006 by the Kardashian sisters, and it is what kicked off their careers. Yes, DASH was opened before the KarJenner family was followed by dozens of cameras 24/7 for Keeping Up with the Kardashians and is actually one of the reasons why the girls were on board with starring on a reality show. At first they hoped that Keeping Up would give their store more exposure and their hopes definitely came true.
In 2009 a second location was opened in Miami and was the center of the spinoff show Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami. In 2010, the trio opened a third location in New York City and also had its own show called Kourtney and Kim Take New York. In 2014 the final DASH location opened in Southampton, New York, and, you guessed it, got its own show called Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons.
Obviously the stores have grown more successful over the years and it even got its own show titled Dash Dolls that followed the lives of DASH employees. It has always been seen as the biggest and most important business for the family, until now.
After 12 years, the sisters have decided to close the doors to DASH for good. Yesterday Kim made the announcement on her app and Tweeted out saying QUOTE “Bittersweet, after an amazing 12 years!”
In the statement Kim said QUOTE “We've loved running DASH, but in the last few years, we've all grown so much individually. We've been busy running our own brands, as well as being moms and balancing work with our families. We know in our hearts that it's time to move on.”
We know it may be silly to feel sentimental over a store closing but it is where it all began for our favorite reality stars! But we have to admit that we’re super excited about what’s on the horizon. And who knows, with all the new KarJenner babies we know that the Kardashian empire is in good hands.
