The DAP chairperson Karpal Singh was today found guilty guilty of making seditious remarks against the Sultan of Perak removal of then Perak Menteri Besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin at the height of the constitutional crisis in 2009.
The decision in the long running case case was delivered by Justice Azman Abdullah who said the defence failed to create a reasonable doubt in the prosecution's case.
