Katy Perry and Lady Gaga are rocking some of the most amazing performance-wear I've ever seen, but who do you think has the most incredible look?

So kicking things off with Gaga, she has worn some of the most incredible outfits during her ArtPop Ball Tour, including glittery wings, a technicolor dream out ouftit, and an amazing flared-out dress that makes her look like she has come straight out of The Jetsons!

While Katy and her Prismatic Tour costumes are Rainbow-rific! She has strutted her stuff in a rainbow jumpsuit, a cat costume, and a two-piece outfit outfitted with lights, which illuminate during her performance!!
