Fyre Fest really is the gift that keeps on giving – content that is. But this time not everyone is laughing!

What’s up guys it’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and 2 years after the disastrous music festival kind of sorta took place, some big name influencers like Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid are getting hit with a massive lawsuit!

The goal of the lawsuit is to recover money that was paid to these models for their role in promoting the infamous event

People like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid, and Emily Ratajkowski were paid a LOT of money to post on their social media and be a part of the official promo video
Like Kendall, who was paid 275,000 dollars for one post
And is now being accused of “intentionally leading certain members of the public and ticket purchasers to believe Kanye West would perform at the festival because her post referenced her GOOD music family”
Which, okay, that’s understandable…but at the same time, this was just an easy paid gig for them!
Like, one of the hundreds that they do a year
It’s not their fault that the Fyre Fest organizers spent way too much money on celebrity endorsements.

And not enough money on food or shelter
At the end of the day, it’s not the models fault that the festival failed.

They’re not marketing experts
They’re not Evian Water executives
And they’re certainly not psychics
So I think we should leave the models alone

Because they’re probably the only ones who did their jobs correctly
