Khairy: Malaysia ready for endemic phase, but nightclubs still can’t open

Malaysia's move to enter the endemic phase on April 1st will hopefully be one-way, according to Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.

However, Khairy said recommendations will be made by the ministry based on risk assessments from time to time.

Meanwhile, Khairy said nightclubs will remain on the negative list, as other businesses enjoy more relaxed rules during the endemic phase.
