Kids' Choice Awards 2016 Performance Highlights: DNCE, Charlie Puth & Wiz Khalifa

Charlie Puth, Silento, and DNCE all took the stage to give some amazing performances at the 2016 Kids Choice Awards. Welcome back to Clevver’s 2016 award show season coverage.
The Kids Choice Awards brought us some epic performances throughout the night, starting with Charlie Puth singing his hit, “See You Again”, accompanied by Wiz Khalifa.
Charlie reminded us all why we love him, belting his heart out to the song that made him a breakout star. Wiz Khalifa joined in for his part, and while he also gave a great performance his whole double-sleeves ensemble made us do more than one double take! Let’s just say we hope he sticks to singing and doesn’t try to pull a Kanye and start a fashion line.
Up next, Silento took the stage to sing his dance hit, “Watch Me Whip Nae Nae”.
Silento was joined by some hip young backup dancers who obviously knew all the moves to the song, making us at home feel just a little bit unworthy. I for one am probably gonna be trying to figure out the “stanky leg” for years to come, though that won’t stop me from trying!
The final performance of the night came from Joe Jonas’s band, DNCE, who had the most epic stage of the night, with their drummer placed on top of a giant cake, plus aerial sea horses and starfish dancing to their hit, “Cake by the Ocean”.
Joe was rocking a comic-book inspired shirt that said “POW” on it, and some of the brightest yellow pants we’ve ever seen. He and his bandmates had everyone out of their seats and dancing to the catchy song that never fails to make us crave our favorite dessert.
