Kim Kardashian RESPONDS to Fans Mom-Shaming North's Hair

Kim Kardashian isn’t letting the mommy-shaming world get the best of her.
That’s right – Kim K is clapping back at people who seem to think their opinions on her daughter’s hair are appropriate.
Of all things to criticize in the world – seriously I can’t even believe this – but Kim K is getting flack for from mommy shamers for letting her daughter North West straighten her hair…like one single time. Here’s what happened. Kim posted this absolutely adorable pic of North and her dad Kanye on her IG recently. FYI – I should also mention it was a throwback. I mean, so cute, am I right? The proud mom captioned the pic with “Feel the Love.” But of course, trolls couldn’t help but pounce on the cute moment with a ton of them noting that North, who has gorgeous naturally curly hair was showing off a straightened style. One IG user event wrote: I can feel the heat damage from here! Leave your [kid's] hair alone let her have the choice to damage it when she's older. And another felt the need to say: That poor baby's curl pattern is gonna be all jacked up from the heat damage she's putting on her hair at a young age.
Thankfully some Kim supporters did also come to her rescue in the comments. This has become such a hot topic of discussion Kim even fielded a question from the Hollywood Reporter, a legit news outlet, where she said: “She wanted straight hair and I straightened her hair one time. It's funny, because online everyone thought that we pressed it and did this whole thing. It was just a flat iron. I even read that she had extensions on! She has curly hair, so when you straighten her hair, it's gonna look really long. I can't believe people didn't get that. Sometimes you just have to tune it out! It was her birthday and all she wanted was to try to have her hair straightened. “
Does anyone else think it’s super ridiculous that people think they have the right to comment on this? Kim added that North “liked it,” so when they went on a trip to New York, she let her do it again. The smart mom of three said she definiltey won’t be allowing her do it all the time but QUOTE “if she wants it that way two or three days a year, then that's fine with me. She loved it, but she loves her curly hair, too.”
What do you guys think of this? Who else is with me that we seriously need to cancel the mommy shaming community all together? Being a mom is a hard job – give these women a break!
