According to TMZ, Kim K has reportedly received an apology letter from one of her robbers from her Paris attack last year. The robber, named Aomar Ait Khedache, was the alleged organizer of the heist, and wrote Kim the apology letter in French, which her lawyers then translated.
In the letter, the robber wrote QUOTE, “After observing your emotion and realizing the psychological damages I inflicted, I decided to write to you, not to obtain from you some sort of indulgence. I want to come to you as a human being to tell you how much I regret my gesture, how much I have been moved and touched to see you in tears.”
Kim has opened up about the terrifying ordeal in the past on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, admitting that she feared that she would be raped or killed during the robbery. The robber who wrote to her said that he saw the clips of a clearly traumatized Kim on French TV.
He also wrote in the letter QUOTE, “Know that I fully sympathize with the pain you are enduring, your children, your husband, and your close ones. I hope that this letter will allow you to forget little by little the trauma that you suffered by my fault.”
It’s been almost a year since the Paris robbery, but we’re pretty sure Kim isn’t going to forget “little by little” that she was held up at gunpoint, bound and gagged, and thrown into a bathtub while her attackers stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry. And according to TMZ, Kim is NOT buying this apology, and instead believes the robber is simply pretending to to be remorseful in the build up to his trial. So it doesn’t sound like Kim is ready to forgive OR forget anytime soon, and we don’t blame her.
Okay now I wanna know what you guys think--do you think the robber is truly remorseful for his actions, or do you, like Kim, think he extended the olive branch to help himself in his own trial?
