Although Putrajaya has accepted Malaysia's slip in the Transparency International (TI) corruption perception index (CPI), Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Dzulkifli Ahmad could not.
Dzulkifli said he was "shocked" by the results because it did not reflect MACC's aggressive approach towards combating graft.
