Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak has provided two possible scenarios if the Dr Mahathir Mohamad-led Pakatan Harapan wins the coming general election.
In a response, Bersatu deputy president Mukhriz Mahathir said Umno leaders are now prone to making statements which do not make sense.
Mukhriz was responding to Najib who said Mahathir might not relinquish the prime minister's post to Anwar Ibrahim if Harapan wins the coming polls.
