Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng called UMNO Secretary-General Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's visit to a Putrajaya school yesterday "brainwashing".
He lamented about how he was not allowed to visit a Chinese vernacular school in Bukit Mertajam earlier this year despite choosing to visit the school on a weekend.
Yesterday Sekolah Kebangsaan Presint 14 (1) was decorated with the Jalur Gemilang and numerous UMNO flags as they hosted an award ceremony for a class decorating contest themed "UMNO and independence".
