#KiniNews: Anwar may address Zahid's DNAA in parliament; 'SG4 makes Dr M PN's de facto leader'

[KiniNews] Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said he may address Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi discharge not amounting to an acquittal for all 47 graft charges involving Yayasan Akalbudi funds in Parliament.

Anwar said this in response to a question on the suggestion for him to explain the issue in the Dewan Rakyat.

Yesterday, Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim proposed to Anwar to give an explanation pertaining to his alleged interference in Zahid’s DNAA case at the Dewan Rakyat, so as to put a stop to the issue.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, Sabah Umno lawmaker Salleh Said Keruak said that PAS seems to be making Dr Mahathir Mohamad Perikatan Nasional’s de facto leader by appointing the former prime minister as an adviser to its four state governments.

He was referring to an announcement by Terengganu Menteri Besar Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar yesterday that four states under PN are working to form an official cooperation group called state government four or ‘SG4’, with Mahathir as its unofficial adviser.
