#KiniNews: Loyal GISBH members awarded with posts, wives - IGP; Fadhli tells Anwar to sue Bloomberg

[KiniNews] Members of Global Ikhwan Service and Business Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) were expected to show utmost loyalty to the group’s leadership and threatened if they wanted to quit it, said Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain.

According to the top cop, this was done by exposing the group’s followers to the Aurad Muhammadiah doctrine, which promotes excessive devotion to leaders and distorts the true teachings of Islam.

He added that its followers have told the police how they were threatened if they went against the group’s practices or wanted to depart from it.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, PAS information chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari has challenged Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to sue Bloomberg over its article claiming that the premier had ordered the MACC not to investigate his former political secretary.

“I want to challenge Anwar to sue Bloomberg for defaming him. If it’s not true, then sue,” said Fadhli during a Perikatan Nasional ceramah for the Mahkota by-election.
