#KiniNews: MACC raids two safe houses, politician will be summoned; PKR MP denies he's leaving Johor

[KiniNews] MACC has raided two more “safe houses” in its investigation of a case involving Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI).

This brings the number of safe houses raided in connection with the probe into a sand mining concession under a subsidiary of MBI Selangor to three.

Yesterday, it was reported that the MACC seized millions in a raid on an apartment unit in Kuala Lumpur, which the anti-graft agency suspected was a safe house that a prominent politician used to stash illegally gained cash.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim has denied claims he was willing to leave Johor to live in Kelantan over a decision to revert to a Saturday-Sunday weekend.

Hassan dismissed as false a viral post shared on a WhatsApp group called “Kopi0nasilemak”, which read: “Cuti hari Ahad: Saya sedia keluar dari Johor tinggal di Kelantan.” (Sunday holiday: I'm ready to leave Johor and live in Kelantan).
