#KiniNews: Perlis MB’s son nabbed by MACC, cops hunt Kajang ‘pyromaniacs’ in kitten incident

[KiniNews] Perlis Menteri Besar Mohd Shukri Ramli's son is one of six individuals remanded by the MACC to assist in an investigation involving the submission of false documents and claims totaling RM600,000 over the past two years.

Magistrate Ana Rozana Mohd Nor granted the remand order for all suspects starting today until tomorrow following the MACC's request to conduct investigations under Section 18 of the MACC Act.

Sources indicate that among the detained are two civil servants from the MB’s Office and the State Secretary's Office, alongside contractors and company owners.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, police are on the hunt for three men suspected of setting a kitten on fire at a motorcycle parking area in Sungai Ramal Baru, Kajang.

Kajang police chief Mohd Zaid Hassan confirmed that the disturbing incident was captured on CCTV cameras.

According to Hassan, a 63-year-old woman filed a police report, stating that the incident occurred around 1 pm on Monday.

CCTV footage revealed two of the men pouring fuel on the kitten before igniting it.
