[KiniNews] International Trade and Industry Minister Azmin Ali met two emissaries from PKR recently amid speculation about his future in Bersatu.

This was according to top PKR officials who spoke to Malaysiakini on the condition of anonymity.

Sources said the meeting took place on Wednesday June 15 - ironically enough at the Sheraton Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

There was no direct response from Azmin at the time of writing, however he had reiterated his commitment to Bersatu this morning.

Azmin said Bersatu's ideals and principles are part of his identity and he would continue to work with all Bersatu members for a clean and transparent government.
