[KiniNews] Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Tiong King Sing has advised Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor to watch his words to avoid turning away tourists from the northern state with callous remarks.

He also described the PAS election director's recent insults against him as a "political tactic”.

"He (Sanusi) can play politics if he wants. What is important to me is we're not playing that game with him," Tiong told reporters today.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has rubbished speculation that his health has deteriorated to the point that he needed to resign.

Zahid also commented on PAS’s victory in the Kemaman by-election on Saturday, saying it was not a referendum showing the people were on the side of Perikatan Nasional as claimed by the coalition.
