Kylie Jenner ACCUSED Of Being A 'Scammer' For Repackaging Old Lip Kit Shades

Kylie Cosmetics has had its share of customer complaints and now it’s over two shades of lip stick that look crazy similar except one is technically more expensive. Spice was already an existing shade when Blitzen was introduced as part of the limited edition holiday lip kit that is marketed at a higher price. The limited edition set of mini lip colors was sold for $45 while the Spice lip kit is available for $29. Granted the holiday kit includes more than just one shade of lipstick. Several fans began tweeting side by side color swatches of the shades in question revealing how similar they really are. One fan tweeted a comparison photo saying QUOTE - “the description for spice is a deepened raspberry-plum, and Blitzen is apparently a warmer version of that @KylieJenner please explain HOW.” Another said - “Kylie Cosmetics has been repackaging their general line lipsticks and making them limited edition. Example: spice and blitzen.” Those who are coming to Kylie’s defense have pointing out that some of the comparisons are being made on different skin tones which of course can alter how the color looks. Plus it was explained ahead of time that Blitzen would be a variation of Spice. And others have pointed out that there are various other cosmetic lines that also have similar shades including Almay and NYX, the list goes on.
The good news is that Kylie will be doing another pop-up shop this time in New York so consumers can check out the colors for themselves in person as opposed to trying to gage the colors online.
